Video: The recipes in 100 Perfect Pairings: Main Dishes

This is the third and final video (for now, at least) celebrating the release of “100 Perfect Pairings: Main Dishes to Enjoy with Wines You Love,” this time focusing on the recipes.

There’s lots of great shots of food from the book, plus lots of talk about food, plus I’m even making some food (Grilled Salmon with Rosemary Pesto, which pairs perfectly with Pinot Noir). Worst case scenario, watching the video makes you hungry. Best case, it makes you hungry for “100 Perfect Pairings.”
